Jacksonville Place does not allow subletting only releasing; your son/daughter/guarantee will need to pay a transfer fee and the replacement will have to sign a new lease to take over the rest of your son/daughter/guarantee’s lease term.

Jacksonville Place strives to be your home away from home by providing a Living-Learning experience during your stay with us. Resident functions are planned with you in mind. From fun pool parties, to organized events, or even educational seminars, we offer the best in student living. Make your time with us the best it can be. Individual leases are offered for the benefit of both parents and students. Each student is responsible for his/her own contract in the event that a roommate moves out. You may review a sample contract or access a copy of the parent/sponsor guaranty on the Forms page of our website. If your son/daughter/guarantee cannot fulfill his or her lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement.

Off Nisbet Street behind Church of Christ Student Center & next to Dollar General. From Campus on Pelham Road: Go west on Nisbet Street (State Route 204). Pass the Chief ladiga Walking Trail and the Church of Christ and turn right into Jacksonville Place. I-20 W: Exit 185 - toward Anniston/Oxford. Merge onto Hwy 21 North. Go through Oxford, Anniston, the Fort McClellan area and into the city of Jacksonville ~ Approximately 15 miles. Continuing north on Hwy 21, there is a Hardee's restaurant and a Chevron gas station on your right. Follow Hwy. 21 North through the town square. Turn left at the traffic light onto Nesbit Street. Jacksonville Place is directly behind the Student Center.
